언네임드문 주식회사(Unnamed Moon Inc., 이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 회사가 배포하는 게임 및 애플리케이션(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 본 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 모바일(Google Play, App Store), PC(Steam 등), 콘솔(Nintendo Switch 등) 플랫폼을 통해 배포하는 모든 게임에 적용됩니다.
회사의 앱은 회원가입, 로그인, 서버 통신 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 회사는 이용자의 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 등 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 상황(세이브 데이터)은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
다만 이용자가 이메일로 문의하는 경우, 문의 처리 목적으로 이메일 주소와 문의 내용이 수집되며, 문의 처리 완료 후 3년간 보관 뒤 파기합니다.
앱은 Unity Technologies의 게임 엔진(Unity)을 사용하여 제작되었습니다. 이에 따라 앱 실행 시 다음 정보가 Unity에 의해 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.

앱의 구매·결제는 유통 플랫폼(Google Play(Google LLC), App Store(Apple Inc.), Steam(Valve Corporation), Nintendo eShop(닌텐도 주식회사))을 통해 처리되며, 회사는 이용자의 결제 수단 정보에 접근하지 않습니다. 각 플랫폼의 개인정보 처리에 관해서는 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Apple 개인정보처리방침을 참고하시기 바랍니다. PC·콘솔 버전의 경우 Steam, Nintendo Switch 등 각 플랫폼이 자체 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 계정·구매 정보를 처리합니다.
위 제3자 서비스(Unity, Google, Apple, Valve, Nintendo 등)는 국외 사업자로서, 서비스 제공 과정에서 수집된 정보가 해당 사업자의 국외 서버(미국 등)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 이전되는 항목, 이전 국가, 보유 기간 등은 각 사업자의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 회사는 이 과정에 개입하거나 해당 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
회사의 모바일 앱은 카메라, 마이크, 위치, 연락처 등 민감한 기기 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. 앱 구동에 필요한 최소한의 권한(저장공간 등)만 사용될 수 있습니다.
회사의 앱은 제3자 광고를 게재하지 않습니다.
회사는 개인정보를 직접 수집·보관하지 않으므로 회사가 별도로 보유하는 이용자 개인정보는 원칙적으로 없습니다. 이메일 문의로 수집된 정보는 보유 기간 경과 시 지체 없이 복구 불가능한 방법으로 파기합니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 세이브 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
이용자(만 14세 미만인 경우 법정대리인)는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사는 아래 문의처로 이메일을 통해 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다. Unity 등 제3자가 수집한 정보에 대한 권리 행사는 각 사업자에게 직접 요청하실 수 있으며, 회사에 문의하시면 절차를 안내해 드립니다.
회사는 이메일 문의 등으로 취득한 최소한의 개인정보에 대해 접근 권한 제한, 보안 계정 관리 등 안전성 확보에 필요한 조치를 취하고 있습니다.
회사의 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
개인정보 처리에 관한 문의, 불만 처리, 피해 구제 요청은 위 연락처로 하실 수 있습니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담이 필요한 경우 아래 기관에 문의하실 수 있습니다.

Unnamed Moon Inc.(以下「当社」)は、個人情報保護に関する法令を遵守し、当社が配信するゲームおよびアプリケーション(以下「本アプリ」)をご利用いただくお客様の個人情報を保護するため、本ポリシーを定め公開します。本ポリシーは、当社がモバイル(Google Play、App Store)、PC(Steamなど)、コンソール(Nintendo Switchなど)の各プラットフォームを通じて配信するすべてのゲームに適用されます。
本アプリには会員登録、ログイン、サーバー通信機能はなく、当社がお客様の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。ゲームの進行状況(セーブデータ)はお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
ただし、メールでお問い合わせいただく場合、対応のためにメールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容を取得し、対応完了後3年間保管したのち削除します。

当社のモバイルアプリは、カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先などの機微な端末権限を要求しません。アプリの動作に必要な最小限の権限(ストレージなど)のみ使用される場合があります。
当社のアプリに第三者広告は掲載していません。
当社は個人情報を直接収集・保管しないため、当社が保有するお客様の個人情報は原則としてありません。メールでのお問い合わせにより取得した情報は、保管期間の経過後、速やかに復元不可能な方法で削除します。アプリを削除すると、端末内のセーブデータも削除されます。
お客様(14歳未満の場合は法定代理人)は、ご自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、削除、利用停止をいつでも請求できます。下記のお問い合わせ先までメールでご連絡いただければ、当社は遅滞なく対応します。Unity など第三者が収集した情報については各事業者へ直接請求できますが、当社にお問い合わせいただければ手続きをご案内します。
当社は、お問い合わせ対応などで取得した最小限の個人情報について、アクセス権限の制限、アカウントの安全管理など、必要な安全管理措置を講じています。
当社のアプリは14歳未満のお子様を主な対象とはしておらず、お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
個人情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせ、苦情、救済のご請求は上記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーの内容を追加、削除、修正する場合は、施行の少なくとも7日前に本ページにてお知らせします。

Unnamed Moon Inc. ("the Company") complies with applicable data protection laws and publishes this policy to protect the privacy of users of the games and applications it distributes ("the Apps"). This policy applies to all games distributed by the Company across mobile (Google Play, App Store), PC (Steam and others), and console (Nintendo Switch and others) platforms.
The Apps do not include account registration, login, or server communication features, and the Company does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Game progress (save data) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Company's servers.
If you contact us by email, your email address and the content of your inquiry are collected for the purpose of responding, retained for three years after resolution, and then deleted.
The Apps are built with the Unity game engine (Unity Technologies). As a result, the following information may be automatically collected by Unity when the app runs:

Purchases and payments are processed through the distribution platforms (Google Play (Google LLC), the App Store (Apple Inc.), Steam (Valve Corporation), and Nintendo eShop (Nintendo Co., Ltd.)), and the Company does not access your payment information. For PC and console versions, each platform handles account and purchase information under its own terms and privacy policy. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.
The third-party services above (Unity, Google, Apple, Valve, Nintendo, and others) operate globally, and information they collect may be processed on their servers outside your country (including the United States). The data transferred, destinations, and retention periods are governed by each provider's privacy policy. The Company does not participate in or have access to this processing.
The Company's mobile apps do not request sensitive device permissions such as camera, microphone, location, or contacts. Only minimal permissions required for the app to function (such as storage) may be used.
The Apps do not display third-party advertisements.
Since the Company does not directly collect or store personal information, the Company holds no user personal data as a rule. Information collected through email inquiries is deleted irrecoverably once the retention period expires. Deleting the app also deletes the save data stored on your device.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email address below, and we will respond without undue delay. For information collected by third parties such as Unity, you may contact those providers directly; we can guide you through the process upon request.
The Company applies appropriate safeguards, such as access restrictions and secure account management, to the minimal personal information it obtains through inquiries.
The Apps are not primarily directed at children under 14 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
